- The customer’s country of residence (as the delivery destination)
- The personal information protection systems in the recipient countries may not be at a level equivalent to the APPI of Japan. 6. Security Measures for Personal Information
The Service takes the following security control measures in order to prevent unauthorized access to, leakage of, alteration of, or loss of personal information:
- Organizational security control measures: A person responsible for the handling of personal information is designated, and a system is established to understand the status of such handling.
- Human security control measures: Necessary education is provided to relevant persons regarding matters to be noted in handling personal information.

7. Retention Period of Personal Data

- The general retention periods are as follows:
- Information relating to provision of the Service (request details, shipping records, etc.): for 3 years after completion of the Service
- Copies of letters of authorization: for 3 years after completion of the Service
- Copies of identification documents: deleted promptly after identity verification is completed (except where retention is required by law)
- Inquiry history: for 1 year from the last communication
- Accounting and tax records: for the period required by law
- After the retention period has expired, personal data shall be deleted or disposed of without delay by a method that makes restoration impossible.
8. User Rights and Request Procedures
