When do I pay?
Payment timing depends on the service you choose.
  • For Search Service, the $30 Initial Search Fee is charged before we begin. The remaining $120 is charged only if your item is found.
  • For Pickup & Delivery Service, the $300 service fee is charged before we begin pickup arrangements. The Delivery Handling Fee is invoiced separately once the shipping arrangements are finalized.
  • For Full Service, the $30 Initial Search Fee is charged first. The remaining $370 is charged only if your item is found. The Delivery Handling Fee is invoiced separately once the shipping arrangements are finalized.
Can you help even if I’m not sure where I lost my item in Japan?
Yes. Our Search Service is designed for travelers who are not sure where their item was lost.
What if my item isn’t found?
If your item is not found, the remaining success-based fee will not be charged.
For Search Service, only the $30 Initial Search Fee applies if your item is not found.
Which carrier do you use?
We usually use FedEx. EMS may also be available depending on the item, destination, or your request.
