  • This fee covers the search and inquiry process only.
  • If your item is successfully located through this service, the Item Retrieval Service fee will be additionally charged for its pickup, packaging, and shipping arrangement.
  • This investigation fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the item is found.

Yes, our "Location Assistance Service" includes a thorough investigation to locate your item.
What if my item isn't found during the investigation?
The $300 investigation fee is non-refundable. However, you will not be charged the additional $500 service fee for pickup and delivery if your item is not found.
How long will it take to get my item back?
From your initial inquiry until your item arrives at your address, please allow approximately 2 weeks. This includes investigation (if needed), pickup, and international shipping time.
Is it safe to ship electronics internationally? Are there any restrictions?
Yes, we handle the necessary procedures and documentation for international shipping of electronics. Please note that items containing lithium-ion batteries (such as smartphones, laptops, or portable chargers) may have significant restrictions or be prohibited from air transportation due to international aviation regulations. We will inform you of any specific shipping restrictions applicable to your item.
What if my item is damaged or lost during international shipping?
We manage the process up to shipping your item. Any loss or damage during transit is handled according to the shipping company's compensation policy.
